Virtually all of our Potomac Homes have received deficiency-free perfect surveys recently conducted by the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Bureau of Inspection. In their survey process the state looks for the actual delivery of care, rather than the supervision or management of the home. This was a concerted effort by all staff, and we are proud of what we have accomplished. Our employees are great to work with and we are glad to see them receive this recognition from the state as well. It is very satisfying for us to see that they consistently deliver excellence and rise to the occasion not just for the state survey, but every day. Anyone can look good for a visitor, but it takes commitment to make it happen each and every day. This is the mark of their professionalism.
